About us
Civil CAD Engineering Ltd. was founded in 2020 by Zoltán Horcsin, civil engineer and managing director. The practice specialises in road and utility design, preparing permit and construction plans for municipalities, institutions and private investors.
Our managing director has more than 25 years of design experience. Before founding the company, he worked as a designer at Egri Közműtervező és Kivitelező Iroda Bt. and later at N+F Mérnökiroda Kft., contributing to numerous urban regeneration, road and water utility projects.
